About Hillcrest Education Center

Established in 1999, The Education Center at Hillcrest Medical Center's mission is to provide convenient, cost effective, high quality clinical and critical care education programs. As part of Hillcrest Medical Center (HMC), the Education Center is dedicated to better healthcare for patients.

As an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center, the HMC ECC Training Center provides quality BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP programs. 

The HMC Education Center also works closely with ENA and AWHONN to present TNCC, ENPC and Fetal Heart Monitoring classes. Additional programs offered include Basic Dysrhythmia, 12 Lead ECG Recognition, Hemodynamics, IABP, ABLS and others that can be viewed.

HMC Education Center uses current guidelines taught to participants by professional and experienced staff. Classes are presented in a relaxed, student-friendly environment that enables participants to learn and apply the material being presented.

 The HMC Education Center delivers education throughout communities servicing laypeople as well as healthcare providers.
